MLM Binary Pay Programs

By Nelson Tejera

You've done your called for homework, and are virtually prepared to make the leap and dive into a network marketing business. Then you hear the words "MLM binary" and, while you might have nodded your head like you grasp exactly what that means - in reality, you have no idea.

No worries, you're not the only one. MLM compensation plans are among the most complex things on the planet to grasp at times, unless you are a mathematical genius! Thankfully though, most MLM binary programs are rather simple to learn after you sit down and crunch the numbers.

MLM Binary Compensation Program Detailed

The word binary means two. So think in terms of two. When you sign-up and start developing your new business, your very first goal will be to go out and locate others who also have a dream and need to become economically free; and also long for their time back.

You sign these individuals up and put them on what's called your front-line. This is your personal line of individuals you've directly sponsored, and because you are in an MLM binary program; you and everybody else in the program are only permitted to have a max of 2 folks on their front-line. Just 2.

So now you have yourself, and 2 others in your company. Let's call them John and Jane. In an perfect world, both John and Jane would also sponsor 2, and those 2 would sponsor 2, and so on, and so forth. Everyone suddenly gets rich beyond their wildest dreams!!? Sadly, we don't live in a perfect world; and in the real world John and Jane won't do anything in their company.

So you go out and continue to advertise your business. You find 2 more people to sign up with you in your business venture. Remember however, you are only permitted to have a total of 2 folks on your front-line; so you'll have to put these new recruits UNDER either John or Jane. Alternatively, you can place one under each. Either way is going to work.

MLM Binary Overflow

When you placed your new recruits into the downlines of John and Jane, they got up-line spillover. To paraphrase , you have helped them develop one side of their company based upon your efforts. This is just one of the good perks of the MLM binary compensation program. The principle is this: if you have an active up-line, they would essentially be aiding you in growing half of your company.

The difficulty is that you still need to sponsor and enroll a good number of people, and place them on the opposite side of your company in order to keep the two legs balanced. In the majority of binary programs you only get paid a commission when your company is balanced like this. So, while you may experience substantial overflow; you may only get paid when you also add new people to your business.

So, let's briefly look at what you must really be asking yourself. Not if an MLM binary is right or wrong for you, but how are you going to tackle promoting your business? What, exactly, is your strategy to market your goods, services, or business opportunity?

-Will you take advantage of a tested online lead generation program, or will you expand your company using attraction advertising methods?

-Do you have a advertising budget plan?

-How will you encourage others that you are the leader that they are searching for that will help them reach their dreams and goals?

These are the most crucial questions to ask yourself because if anyone has profited through an MLM binary program (and many people have), then it's not the compensation system that's in question. The problem or challenge is, what will you do to build your business?
