What is an MLM Binary Plan?

By Larry Franklee

You've done your due diligence and are almost prepared to take the plunge and start your own network marketing business. Then you heard the words "MLM binary" and, while you nodded like you understand precisely what meant - you really have no clue.

You aren't alone. MLM compensation plans are some the hardest things on the planet to comprehend, unless you have a degree in arithmetic. But happily, most mlm binary programs are quite straightforward to understand when you sit down and crunch the numbers.

MLM Binary Compensation Plan Explained

The word binary means 2. So focus on the idea of 2. When you sign up and start building your new business your first goal will be to go out and find two folks who also wish to aim towards securing time and financial independence.

You sign them up and place them on what's called your front line. Your private line of funding and, as you are working a MLM binary program, you and everyone else in the business is only permitted to have up to 2 folk on their front line. Two. Only 2.

So now your business consists of you and two. Fred and Sally. And in an ideal world both Fred and Sally would now sponsor 2 who sponsor 2 who sponsor 2, etc, and everybody gets rich outside their most extravagant dreams. However unfortunately, we live in the real world and chances are Fred and Sally won't do to much of anything at all.

So you need to go find 1 or 2 more folks and since you are only allowed to have a total of 2 people on your front link, you'll have to place these new recruits UNDER either Fred or Sally. Or perhaps you may place one under Fred and the other under Sally. Either way.

MLM Binary Spillover

When you dropped your new sign ups into the downlines of Fred and Mary, they received upline spillover. Put simply, you have helped them build one side of their business based on your activities. And this is one of the massive advantages of the MLM binary compensation plan - the idea, if you have got an active upline, they would actually aid you in building 1/2 your business.

The challenge is you may still need to sponsor and hire a fair number of folks and place them on the opposite side of your business to "balance" the 2 legs because most plans only pay a commission when the product volumes balance. So while you could enjoy some massive spillover - you may only get paid when you also add new folk to your business.

So that is the question you really should be asking. Not is a mlm binary perfect for you however rather, how are you going to go about promoting your new business? What, especially, is your plan to pump your products, services and opportunity?

Will you utilise a proven online lead generation system or explode your profits using attraction promoting strategies? Do you have an advertising budget?

How will you convince people you are the upline leader they are on the lookout for to help them reach their dreams and goals? These are the most important questions, actually, because if any person has made money through a mlm binary programme ( and many have ) then it is not the comp plan that is in question . The issue is, what will you do to build your business?
